What are your positive habits?
I like to incorporate new habits in my life. I am a big fan of morning rituals. The best habits I have formed in the morning consist of waking up, make bed, meditate, journaling, walk outside, play guitar and sing. I will continue to experiment until I have optimized it to the best of my knowledge. Meditation alone has done a lot for me and I encourage everyone to add that into there morning rituals.

Do you want to change or are you comfortable in your own skin?
I have dreams, and I pray for the strength to have an endless pursuit of these dreams. I do want to change, but I know what I want and I am doing my best to refine that dream and break it down to daily action.
Positive habits have been my best friend living the pursuit of accomplishment.
