4 steps to living your dream… NOW!

Schedule 90 minutes of FLOW on your dreams before helping others with their dreams.

THIS IS NOT SELFISH—–>It’s Liberating

Here’s the exercise:

For your first 90 minutes (start now!)

  1. Make a huge list of goals you want to accomplish.  I would stick to the things you want to have, be, or do.
  2. When you have that list choose the top 3 or 4.
  3. Now, make an action item for each one of those goals. I set a reminder on your phone during flow every day. 1 for Today (3-4 action items) 1 for tomorrow (3-4 action items), and 1 for 3 days (3-4 action items). UPDATE TOMORROW AND 3 DAYS EVERY DAY!
  4. Do this every day. Put it in your calendar. Wake up earlier, go to sleep earlier, whatever you have to do.
