Sleep

Sleep is HUGE. take it seriously

A study showed that 6 hours of sleep is as bad as getting none. Eight hours is ideal. Set yourself up for good rest. Try the basics first: no caffeine after noon, no phone 30/1hr before bed if you have trouble. I’ve never tried melatonin, but that helps some people.

My biggest obstacle and number one is planning your sleep, putting it in your calendar, and giving yourself 9 hours as a buffer. It’s hard to find the time, I know. But it will make every other minute of your waking day more productive, which exceeds any excuse you may have.

If you want to be more present with what you are attending to and the people around you.

Start here.
