You’ve lived through enough to make something worth sharing. This is where you finally do.
A six-week guided practice for turning what you’ve lived into the first finished thing you’ve ever shared. Five minutes a day. One real piece at the end.
You’re not blocked. You’re unorganized and unwitnessed.
The journals are in a drawer. The voice memos are scattered across your phone. The story keeps asking to become something — a song, an essay, a letter, an episode — and every year it doesn’t.
Not because you lack talent or depth. Because nobody ever gave you a practice: a way to capture what’s true, a system to organize it, and a ritual to finish and share it.
That’s what this is.
The practice
CAPTURE — Install a five-minute daily habit: one spoken letter to yourself. No blank pages. Your voice outruns your inner editor.
GATHER — Bring the scattered material of your life — old journals, notes, photos — into one simple archive. Two hours, five folders, done.
STRUCTURE — Set up a personal AI copilot with one template. It organizes what you capture and hands your own words back to you, structured. It never writes your truth for you. Prefer paper? There’s a full no-AI path.
MAKE — Choose your form, write a one-page blueprint, and build your piece — small on purpose.
SHIP — Finish it with two passes and release it with a ritual that removes the fear from release day.
KEEP GOING — Leave with a weekly rhythm, a bad-day protocol, and your second piece already chosen.
Who this is for
This is for you if you carry stories, faith, questions, or creative impulses you haven’t made anything of yet — and you want a grounded, practical place to begin.
It is not for you if you’re chasing virality, passive income, or a content formula. Nothing here is optimized for the algorithm. It’s optimized for one honest finished thing, and the person you become by making it.
About Ben
I built this practice for myself first. I’m a working musician with a family and a company — a planner who spent years capturing everything and shipping almost nothing. The system in this course is the one that changed that: the daily letters, the archive, the AI charter that organizes instead of writes, the release ritual I use for every song I put out. I’m not teaching a theory. I’m handing you the practice I live.

Honest questions
“I don’t have time.” The daily practice is five minutes. The weekly commitment is under two hours. This was built by someone with a company, three brands, and two kids — sustainability is the design constraint.
“I’m not a writer or musician.” You’ve lived. That’s the qualification. The form comes in week four, and it might not be the one you expect.
“I’m uneasy about the AI part.” Good — that instinct is correct. The copilot organizes; it never writes your truth. And there’s a complete paper path if you’d rather keep the machine out of it entirely.
“What if my thing is too personal to share?” You choose the piece and you choose the audience. Shared with five people you trust counts completely.
“Is this religious?” It’s honest. Faith is welcome here and never required. You’ll work with your own questions, whatever they are.
The door’s open. The material is already yours. It has been for years.
